We’ve seen our island's expansive, nebulous portrait in Pt. 1, and its crucial interconnection in Pt. 2 - but what then?

Islands, Pt. 3 is a journey straight through to the other side. It’s a contemplation of our presence here, of our time and of our legacy on the Islands.

Its opening delves straight into the lineages encountered through loss - extensive veins wrapping around a necessary yet painful truth.

This makes way for visions of our short time on the Islands, misled and perhaps misguided in our sense of mastery. We look around at our co-inhabitants, and while we destroy ourselves, some share our fate while others continue on.

Over time, the land begins to wither - natural and non-natural causes, by our hand and by unseen forces, until the Islands start falling away.

Eventually, everything breaks down, returning to dust.
